This twist on regular meatloaf is one of our most popular items. We wrap our signature meatloaf in smoky bacon and drench it in a tangy bourbon barbeque sauce. Served with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and sweet roasted carrots, this is a hearty meal that is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

Spaghetti & Meatballs

Based on our family’s traditional recipe from Sicily, our homestyle spaghetti and meatballs is as authentic as it gets. Expertly seasoned all-beef meatballs are combined with spaghetti in an herbed tomato sauce, then we top the dish with fresh parmesan cheese.

Squash & Chickpea Curry

Our curry is inspired by traditional Indian-style dishes, but with our own unique touch. We make it with butternut squash, potatoes, and chickpeas in a coconut milk-based broth. This hearty dish is loaded with tons of flavour but isn’t too spicy. This dish is plenty on its own, but it can also be enjoyed with a side of rice or naan if desired.

White Wine Chicken

Based on a traditional Italian dish, we slow roast our chicken to perfection with onions, garlic, white wine, and fresh herbs. Served alongside garlic-roasted potatoes and sautéed greens, this balanced dinner is as filling as it is flavourful.

Sage & Apple Stuffed Chicken

We expertly season juicy chicken breast, then carefully stuff it with our sage and apple chutney before roasting. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and sweet roasted carrots, this dish makes for a perfectly balanced dinner.

Butternut Squash Risotto

We combine Italian risotto with fresh butternut squash and slow cook it to perfection. Fresh spinach, toasted walnuts and soft goat cheese are added along with herbs for a delicious dinner that warms your stomach.

Mushroom Risotto

We roast our carefully selected mushroom medley with balsamic vinegar and herbs, then combine with creamy risotto and fresh spinach. A generous helping of parmesan cheese is added as the finishing touch on this delicious dinner.

Orzo Bolognese

Our Bolognese pasta is thick and hearty, almost like a stew. Lean ground beef is combined with tomatoes, fennel, garlic, red wine, and our special blend of spices. We slow cook the orzo pasta in the decadent sauce to absorb all the wonderful flavours in this dish.

Beer Cheddar Mac & Cheese

Far from average, we make our mac & cheese with beer and sharp cheddar, plus extra vegetables hidden in the sauce. This gives it a rich, velvety texture with all the flavour you expect. Cheesy and hearty, our mac & cheese comes with broccoli for a balanced lunch or dinner.

Pumpkin Rigatoni

We combine mildly smoky farmer’s sausage with our savoury pumpkin cream sauce, fresh spinach, and special blend of spices. The mix is tossed with rigatoni noodles for a filling pasta dish.

Blackened Chicken Fettuccine

This dish is a different take on a creamy, alfredo pasta. We toss fettuccine noodles in our goat cheese sauce, which is made from tangy, chevre cheese with peppers, spinach, and fresh herbs. Topped with Cajun-style blackened chicken to add a little spice, our non-traditional pasta is a delicious experience every time.

Vegetable Chili

Our chili is made with four different types of beans and is loaded with hearty vegetables. We add our special blend of seasonings and chili peppers to give this dish a signature smoky flavour and a medium-spicy kick. This warming meal is the perfect consistency to eat right out of the bowl or be used as a tasty dip.

Ukrainian Borscht

This traditional Ukrainian-style Borscht is a soup made from beets, potatoes, and dill. This dish has a beautiful, deep red colour to it, and is as nutritious as it is delicious.

Roasted Citrus Chicken

We expertly slow-roast our chicken with a medley of vibrant citrus fruits, white wine, and fresh herbs. It is served alongside sautéed asparagus with garlic, onions, and cherry tomatoes to make a light, healthy option for lunch or dinner.
